Every address below reaches a monitored mailbox. Pick the one that matches the question; a message sent to the right desk is answered by someone who can act on it, and one sent to the wrong desk is forwarded and delayed.
Sales
Pricing, catalogue questions, procurement paperwork, and anything that ends in a contract. Say which applications you are looking at and roughly how many people would use them. That is enough to route the thread without a discovery call.
Browsing first is fine: the full application catalogue and the solutions by team pages carry the detail most of these questions start with.
Support
Something is broken, behaving unexpectedly, or you need help with a product you already run. Include the application name and what you were doing when it went wrong. The support centre covers the common paths before you write.
Service commitments for paid plans are set out in the SLA, not agreed by email.
Partners
Resellers, consultancies, system integrators and distributors go through the partner programme — apply here rather than by email, so the application reaches the partner desk with the details it needs. To find an existing partner, use the partner directory.
Press
Include your outlet and your deadline. Deadlines are honoured when they are stated up front.
Security
Report a suspected vulnerability through the security centre, which sets out what is in scope and how a report is handled. Do not include exploit detail in an ordinary sales or support email.
